Milo Sprague is an IT executive with 30 years of leadership experience in financial services, innovation and infrastructure.

As Chief Technology Officer at Silicon Valley Bank, he is responsible for global enterprise and infrastructure architecture, R&D and adoption of innovative technology. In this capacity, Mr. Sprague identifies and drives opportunities for synergy through technical collaboration with SVB clients, broad network of financial organizations, startups and investors. His previous position at SVB included responsibility for the IT Architecture and Governance, Cloud Strategy, IT Risk and Performance Management.

Prior to SVB, Mr. Sprague held IT Leadership positions at Morgan Stanley, led consulting engagements for Capco and Sequoia Strategy in IT and provided CIO advisory services for technology industry clients.

Milo Sprague has extensive expertise in IT Strategy and Management, Enterprise Architecture, FinTech, Digital Banking, DevOps, Application Infrastructure, Data Governance and Architecture. He has recruited and led large and diverse technical teams, managed complex cross-divisional and international programs and formed strategic partnerships.

From the standpoint of architecture, INS Ecosystem is tackling complex systemic problems related to deploying smart contracts at scale, ensuring high performance, stability and security.

Mr. Sprague will be joining our Advisory Board in early January as we move towards an active development stage of the project.
